WTB: B6-B7 Audi S4 Avant 6MT

Hey guys, I'm in the market for the super hard to find S4 Avants. (More than half of which were automatic ) Anyone have any leads on some that might not be on autotrader.com / autotrader.ca? Looking for a 6 speed manual not tiptronic, can be anywhere really. Lower KMS the better, not too picky about the color. Price must be around 15-17k.

The last b7 avant 6spd sold for 33k. I think your going to have a hard time finding one that cheap.

But I think with 350hp v8 i'd prefer a manual. :P

There are the first two links I could find. Im not asking for a brand spankin new S4 avant with 10kms on it. I think i'm not asking for the impossible. I did also state any location. So thanks for your opinion

6mt never sold in Canada as far as I know that's why there's so few and why they are a premium value. The ones you posted are both auto.

My Avant is a 6MT and a Canadian car.

You'll definitely be in B6 territory with that budget, but probably doable.

Some people might be desperate for cash for whatever reason so their b7 might be priced a little lower than it should be. You never know. Thats why i put that there. Most likely going to be getting a b6 though on the budget.
Shipping a car across canada is only ~1500 as well though so I'm not necessarily looking for local cars.

There is no way you're getting a good B7 for $15-17K. A high KM 2004-2005 B6 at best is more what you will be looking at. They are solid cars though, I wouldn't be worried about high KM if maintenance is up to date. I sold my B7 1.5 years ago for $36,500.

You also need to pay 6.1% duty and 5% GST and shipping when you bring the car in if it's not local, which will add minimum $3500 or so to whatever you buy.

And yes you could buy 6MT Avants in Canada.

My bad I thought b7 6spd avants were all American. Good luck finding one they are awsome. You should look at the one posted near the top. It looks pretty good.

Yeah good luck with the search! I'd love to have a B6 S4!
Like I said though, post a wanted ad on Eurodrivers. I think you'll have better luck there, and you having nothing to lose by doing so.
