Just Cause 2? Limited Edition in Canada?

Was Just Cause 2 Limited Edition ever available in Canada? Can't seem to find mention of it in Canada but maybe it's just too old now. Wish I had picked it up. Maybe next time around with JC3.

From videos it looks like JC2 was a bit like Mercenaries which was okay. Any opinions whether JC is better than Mercenaries?

I bought JC2 on Steam for $6. It's friggin hilarious and I haven't even started playing missions yet. I am just doing random shit around the island.

I highly recommend JC2, bought it a while back in a Steam sale, its like a tropical version of GTA4, its a great game to kick back with and blow shit up.
