Questions for Compustar with Push Button Start

Hi,

Did anyone here install compustar with push button start? I ve heard of random people and dealerships that its causes some problems with electronics.
I did talk to a few installers and they say its no problem and is just like every other car.
Does anyone have any input on this?

I've worked at Toyota and Nissan and can say its no issue for any competent installer.

I'd suggest getting it installed where the dealership recommends though, I would not recommend Futureshop/Best Buy for a car with keyless ignition.

It all comes down to the bypass interface that is used, I personally find using DB-All works like a charm, so long as its flashed for that specific veh.

whats wrong with Futureshop?? I would say they are no worse then Visions, where there installers are paid 100% commision.. The faster you pump out cars, the more money you make at visions..

But it's all about the bypass, depending on the car, you may not have take over ability, so you have to restart it once you get into the car and want to drive off. (Idata on a Hyundia/Kia)
