Thanks.
iTunes is the biggest one out there, best selection. The next one up is Amazon, DRM free MP3's, but the selection isn't nearly comparable to iTunes.

Thanks Rage.
I did look into it, and Amazon does seem to be a good option.
I'm actually asking for a customer of mine, who for (whatever reason), has already tried and dislikes iTunes.
iTunes is also DRM free now
I'd be all over iTunes if they offered FLAC files, even at a premium. Makes me wonder if it's a storage cost thing on their end vs. number of customers willing to buy. And the fact they love their ALAC format for whatever reason.
Ultracrepidarian
I use 7digital and hdtracks
He's going with Amazon.
Thanks for the replies.
Since you're done with the thread, it's my turn to hijack the thread.
Can I buy songs from iTunes, and be able to listen to the songs on a non-Apple product, like my S3?

I believe you can...but don't quote me on this. Apple went DRM free sometime ago if I am not mistaken. I know you can load standard MP3s into iTunes....so I would assume they are stored as standard MP3s when downloaded from iTunes as well...but its apple, so who knows. Someone here will chime in.Originally posted by sexualbanana

They are m4a files but I assume most media players can handle it.
They play on my Xbox just fine, no reason they wouldn't work on your S3.
