I live in Kincora and work in Quarry Park. Try to leave between 6:15 and 6:30 in the morning. Every 15 min makes a difference in terms of traffic. I don't know how people can drive between 7 and 8. I would go postal.
Going to work can be 20 min on a good day, and 40 on heavy days. With accident it can be an hour.

Looks like we might be moving to the DT office. If bus is 30 min I can handle. Years ago when I bus from Sandstone at 7 I would not get a seat. Might be seats when I get on but after the bus is filled seat would be given up to elderly, women, etc.

The don't go that way unless they are going to sagehill/nolan hill, they generally go towards country hills or down the hill to sarcee. Gravel trucks are probably the only issues but there are multiple ways in and out so the only reason to take 144th is to go to royal oak or malzac/airdre.

I can't think of a time I haven't seen a dump truck when I was on 144th the past few years.

Well I can't say I have every seen on on 144th, only dump trucks from the quarries. I don't use it much anymore unless I am going to royal oak/rocky ridge so that could be why. Besides kincora/sagehill/nolan hill/evanston though, there would be no reason for them to use 144th ave that I can think of. I see them often on sarcee though coming from the top of the hill from 112th.

I worked in that area a little this year and i know that on some of our area prints its says future walmart site. So there will be one going up fairly soon. I found the traffic to be not bad and i never smelled the dump. I actually looked into the condos but decieded that i it would be better to stay in airdrie.

They have been saying walmart though for as long as I can remember, like 2009 or so. They have built absolutely nothing so far commercially as there was supposed to be commercial along sage valley drive and also on 144th by nolan hill. The rona at creekside was also possibly turning into a walmart. Doesn't make much sense though with a walmart at royal oak, a wallmart at northland and a wallmart at deerfoot mall, all which are within reasonable distance from this point.
