This thing would be hilarious to drive with a roush supercharger.

    $60k is a lot though.
Guy in Edmonton has a red one with a roush kit, not sure how much power he's putting down though. Pretty sure he takes it to the 1/4 mile track as well.

So tis basically an XLT with a few tech whistles. Those can be found for around the 55-60k mark.
About 77k on the build and price for matching options. I checked today.

I was farting around on the site yesterday. I didn’t see any 24s build and price, just ‘23.

Maybe I didn’t click the right portal

I’d buy one today if it was and.

Fuck you guys are going to make me call my guy at cam Clark to confirm it but I'm sure the website price can be combined with the Ford canada fine rates of 0.99 percent.

I’m pretty sure it’s up to 15k off and .9% possible for 60 months on select trucks. I havnt gone in to see, they are just hitting the pre covid numbers. Was hoping some lowering of the lighting would happen too, but it seems they are just going to lower production numbers.

Although to us it’s hitting pre covid numbers, in reality the manufacturers are way under water. To incentivize a .99% loan, ford needs to take on the differential between prime (+ 1-2) and that number. On a 60k truck that’s roughly 25k.

Now also reduce msrp by 15k, and you see why it doesn’t make sense.

We can wait for ES for confirmation, but right on advantage ford site it says OR.

    Both doesn’t compute

There's some wording on the Cam Clark site that worries me too. I emailed my dude. I personally would never buy from Ford for anything BUT the ford finance posted rate, I would never use a different finance company. But who knows, dealers are weird.

I take back what I said about the low finance rates. It’s 15k off or as low as .9 for 60 mths. My bad.

As far as pricing goes, that’s a tough pill to swallow. Ford is losing billions every quarter based on this misjudgment of the electric demands, when they had 100-200k orders for the lighting then have struggles to sell 100k. At least if you need a truck you can get a xlt in low 60’s, still seems out of reach for most people but it’s better than 70k. I’m having a hard time accepting that trucks cost this much compared to 2012 when I bought my last truck it’s nearly doubled.

    Me, too.

I struggle because it only took four years to get here. And it can get way worse, that’s the frightening thing.
