I love that generation of Ford trucks, but that front end looks like a bad chinese knock-off and I cannot support it.

The lightning on the other hand, that's where the big changes are gonna be noticed.
I wonder how the lightning will do even once there's a more robust charging network. Right now there's a number of level 3 chargers going West to go camping so it could be feasible to have 30min breaks to top up the truck but most charging stations definitely aren't setup for a truck and trailer. It'd be a huge blow to have to unhitch a trailer to pull into the charging spot.

    Exciting times.

Camping somewhere with 30A power, you may be able to charge your EV at the campground. Except, I'm sure powered campsites will need to raise rates to cover that massive extra cost.

If there isn't a headwind. I know going out to the mountains with a roof box, in -15C with a headwind had me at 1/3 of my range. That's without extra weight.

Not even in the realm of possibility. You can make it there on one tank but that's nothing new I think.
Hybrid doesn't do much on the highway, it only really helps in the city.

It COULD be possible, maybe. He would have to hypermile the absolute shit out of it, and be doing like 60kph the whole way. Possible, i guess, but REALLY doubtful.

the 136L tank is available on any trim level. However, if you get the powerboost, you can not get the 136L tank, and get the stock 96L tank, regardless of the trim level.
