Sweet lord, if that fuel economy holds up it doesn't make sense to NOT buy one of these things.
Picked mine up today! What a long wait, took 3.5 months in total.

Nice truck!
I was just told today that Ford has discontinued any factory incentives now for the F-150, so full price trucks for the next while. I guess there are enough people willing to pay full price that they are making the shortages up by not offering a discount on what they are able to manufacture. Apparently the truck I ordered still qualifies for a factory discount, but anything purchased from today forward gets zilch.

I checked in at work yesterday. Got a VIN and build date of June 14. Placed order on March 27. Hopefully truck comes before summer ends.

I am having some real conflicting feelings regarding this truck and purchasing it. I mean, I *REALLY* want this truck, but, having to pay full price for it is giving me chills. And not the good kind. Being that I finance my trucks, financing the full amount would suck if I want to resell it versus selling the same truck that I got $15,000 factory rebate on. I am worried that buying a truck without the incentive will put my in a position of being upside down. Now I wouldn't really be upside down on it as I can put $15k of my own cash down on it, but then I am in the exact same spot as if I got the rebate. I am hoping that when my truck does arrive sometime at the end of summer / early fall, there will be factory incentives again but I am thinking there won't be any more incentives at least until November. Maybe not even until the new year...This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I dunno, I really want employee pricing to come back, but, I doubt it is gonna be there for the trucks this year.

Any of you fine Ford folks have info on the Tremor? Sounds awesome if the price is reasonable.
Kind of wish I sprung for the bed liner. Anyone have any hookups?

I would just get a plastic drop in liner instead of the spray in, added benefit of being to potentially sell it when you give the truck back.
My office got a few for fleet vehicles so took one for a spin. Reminds me how frigging loud my tacoma is.. if it wasnt for the wait, i'd be interested i think..
When shopping for a spray-in liner for any truck you don't use for agricultural work, or plan to keep over 5 years, cheaper is better. Can Clqark does something called "bullet liner" in house and I"m sure it's worse than lineX, but it sure is cheaper too, so that was a my choice.
Drop-in is good if you carry gravel/mulch/dirt, because it's easier to shovel and sweep out. Can fill with water if you don't park facing uphill though.
