    It’s a pretty sweet rig. I pre-ordered one a couple months ago.

I don’t expect it to arrive for 18+ months.

So, not the same as the INEOS chemical plant in Joffre, Alberta?

Road-legal or is this just a larger Roxor that you need to trailer everywhere?

    Completely Road legal.

Coles notes is Billionare Jim Radcliffe was annoyed that the new defender was lame so he decided to open an automative division and build his own.

Engine is BMW, engineering is Magna, off road cred from Carraro driveline.

Just consider it a defender that is emissions legal and it makes more sense.

There's a severe lack of easily accessible projectile storage for a vehicle that calls itself a Grenadier. At least you can pop off those roof panels to shoot out of.

I mean, sure the new defender might be a little lame if you want to use it to navigate a zombie apocalypse... but for real people, that exist in reality as we know it, the new defender is supposed to be great for nearly all intents and purposes.

I assume the people that want this thing are the same people that have their jeep or tundra outfitted with fuel/water/shovels/jackall/roof tent and drive it downtown to the parkade every day and take the kids to soccer with it, maybe take it on a gravel road twice a year.

    Just as god intended.

I mostly just think the new defender is ugly so its immediately off the list.

Supposedly Jim Radcliffe is pretty into overloading hence his interest.

There is also a gladiator style pickup version coming eventually.

Also the same INEOS that has an equal ownership of Mercedes’ F1 team as Mercedes and Toto. The fuck is it doing with a BMW engine?

My guess is cutting too close to G class concept?

I think in reality is that their diesel 6 is quite robust which is the primary engine in Europe.

I worked with a guy years ago that got it wrong and always said "for all intense purposes".

They still haven't found the body.

Did you use an overland rig to get the body deep into the sticks?

What if one was to simultaneously drop the Sir while calling him Radcliffe instead of Ratcliffe?

    Where's that body going?
