My truck makes both of those sounds. Haven't had any issues come out of it other than the sounds though.
I can't speak to 94Boosted posted but the cold start rattle is a symptom of the timing chain stretching and slapping against the side of the case. This will eventually cause you to wear through the case, damage the chain, and cause a pile of timing issues if left unattended. I don't know how long any of that takes but once you hear that horrible rattle noise you know its pretty bad.

Have any of you guys experienced a vibrating gas pedal?

I have an 18 with 31k km now and for the last week when i am driving under 20km/hr usually during rush hour on 5th ave my gas pedal vibrates so much so that my entire right leg vibrates. If i press on the gas and go faster it stops.

On the cold start rattle; mine has done it a few times but it is not constant. So far it has rattled on 3 out of 8 starts this week for about 20 seconds and the rattle dies down.

I am back from the dealership with some results:

Vibrating gas pedal was fixed by Ford replacing both front wheel bearings which they said were worn out as well as the actuators.

Cold start rattle they need to order parts to replace the timing chain and cam phasers so be back in 3 weeks.

The annoying TPMS issue that has haunted me for 6 months is still not resolved as they cant figure it out and they are waiting on the Ford help desk to give them more ideas. They have replaced the sensors, rotated tires, updated software and still the front drivers side is not detected by the computer.

also on the waiting for the block heater cord.

Even at 30,000k the timing chain has stretched that much? Well good thing it's only lease till next August!

I have a 2015 navigator and it will pull hard left on startup, for a couple min. It goes away all tires are ok it seems to be a mechanical issue with something not releasing pressure if that makes sense. Like I said it goes away fairly quick, but happened to the wife again today so it’s time to start digging into it.

The "cold start rattle" that has the TSB out is more of a rattle/knocking that lasts maybe 2-3 seconds right as the engine turns over. Sounds like a chain slapping metal. To capture mine I've always had to set my phone up before turning the truck on because it doesn't last very long at all. More like this video, mine sounded like his very first one "May 21st 2017"

Interesting, I take it the TSB is specific to Gen 1 EB motors?

If the timing chain is in fact stretched and slapping against the case would that not also continue after the engine was up to temp?

It goes away as you build oil pressure and the tensioner take up the slack on the chain.

My 2011 (G1 EB) had the timing chain stretch (~3k repair ), The rattle would only happen when cold at startup for a few seconds.

Exercised the truck a bit. Used the ditch to get the ramps a little more level (car didn't have a functional clutch and I don't have a winch). Did absolutely fantastic getting out. 4hi and locker engaged and it crawled out. It was a little soupy at the bottom, so I'm quite glad I had the locker.

    New 2021 F150 interior redesign...

Not sure if I am a fan or not. Seems like they are trying to make the interior more car like...Kinda turns me off, it's a truck, I want the interior to be a little more rugged, yet comfortable.

You want a "trucky" interior you get the low trim level with the bench seat and a column shift and it'll be plenty trucky.

If anything we made a better decision because we had a consensus and were all on the same page.

Why does ford leave the gear selector in the console? Do you prefer it? Moving it to the dash frees up so much console space.
