Sweet trucks, sweet motor, not a lot of chatter about issues unless you jump them. Wicked if you drive long distances on gravel for work or play. No fun to drive in the city.

I haven't come across anything specifically, but I haven't heard of any real common issues. they seem pretty solid. But again, I haven't gone looking for anything.
    Thanks for the response!

The Raptor is somewhere between 7 and 10 inches wider than the regular F150 at the fenders. It's substantial. Curbs, drive-throughs and parking garages will be much more challenging.

Woodridge, Metro and Universal are the three I’ve had the worst dealings with so far, Maclin also not great but not as bad as the first three, Northstar and Advantage no real data.
Metro - won't be going back. Northstar (recent) was night and day better than service at Metro. Fixed all the ongoing issues I've had with the truck for 2+ years (that metro kept making excuses for) and did a warranty and repaint of my tailgate due to it dropping to the recall and hitting my garage door. Way easier to deal with.

Anyone want to order a truck? If you like leases this might be good. Give ya $500 too if you use my referral.

Lot of fine print and I don't understand leases, so consult an adult.

goshdarn, that's less than I pay for my Expy...

although I own that next year

Are Expys in demand enough that I could come out ahead on a new truck? I fucking doubt it cos that's not the way my luck goes...i'll probably be upside down on that Expy even when it's paid off

    I like how they use a 501a w/ 18s to advertise a 502a w/ 20s. Seems competent.

Edit: also just noticed the in-house lease and down payment. Definitely seems more expensive than last years lease deal and does in-house mean open ended through dealership vs through canadian road mgmt?

its sketchy AF. The add shows an "in house" lease with a rate of 5.33%!!!!

Ford.ca shows a lease of 1.99% with the 2.7L and 3.5L EB, 2.99% for the Hybrid 3.5L EB, 1.99% for the 5.0L Coyote, and 2.99% for the 3.0L Diesel.

They don't mention in the advert what the engine is, but, they are potentially upping the lease rate by almost 3.5% depending on which power plant is in the truck...

I would personally stay the fuck away.

*EDIT* I fiddled around on the Ford.ca site and I was able to figure out the exact build as I got the numbers to line up perfectly for the MSRP. Looks like it is the 2.7L EB engine. so, an EXTRA 3.34% lease rate ABOVE what the official Ford lease rate is (1.99%). It's a rip off, STAY AWAY!

Interest rate isn't the only variable. The residual and downpayment required is important part of the equation.

Plus it’s 4 years instead of 2, compared to the last one good one. I have regret for not getting on that one. Trying to wait for the market to cool to get back into a truck.

Too much marth for most buyers as most will only care about that monthly payment and once they bring out the famous 4 square they'll have you signing for the extended warranty, rust proofing, pre paid service and adding on another $10k to the loan to pay off other debts

and I did not have the only say in the matter (most people just want it done ASAP and don't care about quality).

If anything we made a better decision because we had a consensus and were all on the same page.

The lower the payment the more you can over leverage with more loans! Also balloon payment won’t matter in 4yrs as current rate of inflation will outpace and used trucks will be worth even more than they are today… gud deal

    Pffft, rookies, that's not enough.

The "business office" managed to offer me a package of various benefits with my truck that would have added $450/mo to my truck for the 72 month term. I'm sure there was something amazing in there was I would have loved, but I decided to select the $0/mo option instead.

Yes. I don't even know what was included, I did not pursue the details. At a minimum it would have been warranty, every kind of interior and exterior protective service, plus prepaid maintenance, windshields and tires for the term.

    Ice cold, rofl.

What's funny is plebians constantly refer to "deals" like these when they find out about the wife's lease, and dismiss me as being to stupid to know what the catch is on ours, lol

Anyone have interest in a used set of 20" rubber? Costco's putting a fresh set on today but the OEM rubber's probably only got 40,000km on it. Plenty fine for a summer set or if you just want to do hawt burnouts. Gratis if you catch me before I have to go back to the tire center
