for a low mileage FX4, I would bet you're still looking at the high 30's range.

for that price, I would go in and talk to the dealer about a Lariat 500a package. better finance rate and warranty. I bet you could get a base lariat for mid 40's if you tried hard enough.

Good condition hi-spec pickups have very high resale values right now, and a lot of them are going across the border. Probably very little incremental to buy brand new.

not even high spec... any low KM late model 4x4 crew cabs short box regardless of brand are keeping their resale and flying to the US.

On the F150 forums you see people complaining about all the used trucks are from Canada lol

Not just late model, good condition low km in general. About a month ago I posted my 08 F150 FX4 (105,000Km SuperCrew, Leather, Sunroof, NO Nav) on Kijiji, and had a buyer come look at my truck in my work parking lot (I wasn't there) and offer me list price without even driving it. Told me he was going to put 1500$ into painting the bumper and a couple rust spots and it was being sent to California. Met him at my bank after work, gave him the keys and that was that. Easiest Kijiji transaction/car sale ever.

Wow, cheapest ecoboost screw cabs under 100k kms are still over $28k list price... I'm pretty sure I could profit on ours after owning it for 2 years and putting over 40k kms in it

Yep. Warranty. Same reason we also don't really export Dodges, the warranty transfer if there's any left is a PITA.

Not sure... I was just at Woodridge and they have a number of FX4's and Lairats with similar K's for 37k ballpark and from what I understand, with little room for negotiations...

They always say little room for negotiations, and usually remain pretty firm on that.

I traded in my truck for 17k, $2500 for reconditioning, I heard it was put out on the lot for $28k.

Sold pending test drive! Full asking price.

Posted it at about 11pm last night. 4-5 people interested this morning. A buddy texted and offered asking price for tonight.

The market is always hot for a high trim, low km, well taken care of truck. I priced it middle of the road, if not a bit low, for all FX4 EcoBoosts on Kijiji. Buyer and I know each other from High School, so it also adds a bit of comfort having that trust...knowing the full history of this truck and trusting my full disclosure description, and trusting that his bank draft isn't forged etc.

Thanks. Smooth sailing. Sold in less than a day. EcoBoosts are definitely in demand. I'm picking up the 2015 as it finishes up a lease, so it's used, but in great shape. Never thought I'd have a half ton that will parallel park itself!

I went to canyon Creek Toyota looking at a new Tacoma. Ran numbers because I was curious. For my 13 king ranch with 75k on it they offered me 32. I told them to have a nice day.
