got my info package from Ford credit for my '21 lariat lease-bro deal. man, the amount of damage they allow for a lease return is crazy. Like a cig burn in your seat is fine as long as its max 2 burns per panel lol wtf.

My buyout including GST is going to be $50k so at this point, I think I'm going to buy and keep it. Going in I had no intention of doing that but based on the $58k sale price there's no way I could get a similar truck for as good of a deal.

I see some 24mo leases on chev trucks but those are pretty basic units not the nicely optioned ones. If anyone knows of any other sweet lease deals, let me know. Dealer indicated I had about "$7k" of equity in my lease currently so basically they would buy it off me for about $57k at lease end.
I plan on doing the same, buying it out and keeping it. Let me know if there's any tips or tricks. Can you finance the buyout through Ford? Is that even a good idea? I've never done a lease buyout before.

Rates are going through the roof, ford might refinance it … it is worth to ask, the real problem is finding a new truck with the right options … ford has 1.49 % on 2022 and 3.99 % on 2023s but finding a truck that is not sold is a problem and prices are increasing like crazy

Thinking i might do a front and rear level on my 21' and beef up the tires on the stock wheels... Has anybody done this?

If the rear goes up, that's not a level, that's a lift. Hope it helps your confidence bro. #thoughtsandprayers

Want to toss some bigger tires on this thing so lifting it a bit will help with that. Plus looks better over stock. Dont be old bro ive seen you, you still got some youth left in you! #idbangya

Do you have rear blocks from factory? My ‘13 did and it had awful axle wrap, would not recommend more height… just bilstien 5100 and be done

Bilsteins are a ton of money? They are a two for one, level and better ride quality… anything else to level and you will just ruin the ride

Im not sure what experience you've had in the past or what junky install you had done, but my 18' was levelled and rode perfectly, as did my 19' raptor.

I don’t think you get it, the 5100 is a 2.5” level built into the strut, it rides better than pucks on oem struts, they are like $600-$800 total. Any block and puck kit rides like dogshit, the raptor has longer travel so it’s probably not as noticeable, but this is pretty common knowledge, and no I have not done janky pucks on any modern vehicle… that shit is reserved for beaters. My LWB screw w/hd payload had axle wrap from factory, from the factory blocks. The 5100s all around levelled it and improved the wheel hop, but did not completely eliminate it, fuck blocks

The rough country that’s on my current truck (came that way) rides like dogshit

I think that’s mostly their dampeners… small bump compliance is trash

I've come to the conclusion you can't judge ride quality based on others' opinions because some people think that a truck crashing and bumping over everything rides great, while others think that a truck practically rolling over on top of itself around corners handles good.

I havem on my 19. It worked a bit, but not that great. Although I think most of my issues is that I have line-x which seems to block some of the 'sticker' points on the seal

Has anyone had to replace the passenger side valve cover gasket on the ecoboost yet and have a rough idea on cost? I've got a leak on that side and its either the valve cover gasket (common) or the vacuum pump (less common) but trying to get a quote from any of the dealers this week has been like pulling teeth. I'll call, let them know what I am looking to have done, give them my VIN and then get told they will look into it and call me back but its been 3 days so my hopes are not high of actually hearing back

Take it to Double J automotive.
