Got this car on the weekend. Quickly took the spoiler off to see what it would look like.
What do you guys think on or off?

On. Everytime I think of STI, that obnoxious spoiler pops into my head first thing. It looks naked without it.
But for a clean subtle, non-attention seeking, I'd leave it off.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.
On, otherwise it looks like a peasant WRX :P
It looks like it's stubbier, if that makes any sense. I think it looks complete with the spoiler on. It gives it a more aggressive stance.

Get a wrx wing, looks best
It looks super weird without the wing....
Nice car tho

Hmmm, shave the emblems and add an m3 style lip spoiler and I think it would work well
sig deleted by moderator, because they are useless

Shit, there's only 49 users here, I doubt we'll even break 100
Change it up. Off for a while to be less like a street racer and then on after a while.
I prefer the look with it on.

On, definitely.
Also, I dont actually know if that generation uses torsion bars but if you take the spoiler off and don't change the torsion bars on the older ones, it causes the trunk to FLY open and will screw up the hinges in no time.
dv/dt
lip spoiler, not naked.
You got to keep the wing on, thats the best part of the STI haha.
Thanks, lets see your 3. I was looking at the 328 x classic, it is a great deal right now.Originally posted by max_boost

Yes it does fly open hard now so I keep my hand on it when I open it.Originally posted by ZiG-87

OK, so like me, you might think it's no big deal. Til the first few times you end up needing to open it from inside or are holding stuff of whatever. I guess, if you do leave it off, please replace the torsion bars. Should be 3 versions; no spoiler, wrx spoiler and sti spoiler.Originally posted by Aleks

Yeah this is temporary until I figure out what I want to do. Easy to take off and put back on.
