Hi Guys,

I know there is an earlier thread on this but I was hoping some people could share some more insight. I'm thinking about hiring someone to do just a basic garage for me probably 20 X 24. I was wondering what companies you've used before and what you would think is a reasonable price. I'm guessing around 18 grand?

If you do none of the work it will be north of 20 grand for a decent build

Too many variables tho...

storage attic?
gas line?
power?
finished to drywall inside?
curb walls required?

Building a 20x24 this spring using gecko

They will do all the work and it will cost me $23000
1 foot curb wall
Gas line
60 amp service
9 ft wall
8x18 OH door
And all the basics

Extra $1000 I think for storage attic

I ask gecko, toybox, garage shacks for a quote last spring. The prices are not that far apart.

i got a quote on my 24x22 for $9500.. 8ft.high unfinished inside. &10,500 for 9ft.ceiling high

through calgary garage builder.. they also quoted me $27/ft on fence.
