Love that collection there, gpomp.
Yes and I go all out! Claybar, sealants, leather conditioning... etc.
Yes and a car-wash/vacuum is sufficient
Only peasants do it themselves.
Cleanliness? It's a car, not my girlfriend.

Nice.
I just started using UWW+ recently and really liking it. (I went with the concentrate like you did... no brainer there).
How do you like the ONRw/Wax, vs. regular ONR?
Where did you source your gallon size Meguiar's detailer line (e.g. APC)?

I don't really notice a difference between the 2 ONR's.Originally posted by Inzane

FYI @ Canadian Tire all Autoglym product will be 25% off until Sept 5. Just wanted to let you guys know in case you want to stock up.
Also a question for those who aren't able to wash their car on their own driveway/garage. Do you just bring your car later in the night to a car wash then while dry/clay bar/polish if needed/wax at the car wash? I'm just getting into taking care of my car better and am at a loss of where I can clear/protect my exterior.
Thanks.

I've done this before when I was younger. 24 hr self serve car wash super late at night. There is nobody else there so I took up a stall for a couple hours without any issues. Over the course of the year I had plugged 100s of loonies into their machines so I didn't feel too bad. At home is easier though because you can have your own lighting and power tools etc.Originally posted by Stevo89

Does anyone have any experiance/ recommendation for a clay bar for light contaminents?
I usually grab a Mother's kit from CT when it goes on sale, you get 2 bars and some detailer.Originally posted by jdmXSI

Most clay bars are the same,I believe automagic (clay magic) holds the patent and supplies the clay to other manufacturers, something like that.
I tHink it's $30 for 2 200g bars of the mild clay fRom the Calgary distributor
Recently came across a website for a Canadian distributor of Wizards Products. I've used their waxes and Mist-N-Shine before and found their products to be excellent! I know they make a clay bar so maybe if you contact them they would be able to supply you with the product. It's not listed on their website, but it's worth trying.
The website is www.detailsupply.ca
Thanks to Chris at carzilla.ca I spent all day doing a two stage polish and then waxed my black CTSV. Still needs a wash and a final buff but it looks 1000x better then when I bought it.
hmmmm. pic didnt attach.
F150 was Sunday. Same two stage polish followed with a coat of wax.
