If posting that picture is an offense, shouldn't the person that wrote that article and posted the picture also be arrested and questioned?

Police spokesman Const. Dany Richer said the concern extends beyond just the posting of the photo, but said he could not go into further details.

“There are circumstances that surrounded the publication of this image, circumstances that we can’t reveal because it is still under investigation,” he said.

Someone distributed a picture that could encourage others to murder a senior police official. And as the police pointed out, there is more to the story, so I doubt it was just simply posting the picture.

Draw the same picture, except instead of a police officer, have a student protest leader with a bullet in their head. They would be up in arms demanding action.

I have a feeling there's more to this story than what's published; police aren't that stupid. She's obviously a shit stirrer, and I'll bet it's NOT the fact that she posted the photo, but probably posted words or threats along with it. I am pretty sure either herself or the media is not conveying the full story.

I don't care if she drew it, getting arrested for that is just absurd and only lends credibility to her cause in the eyes of her peers. If they were smart they would just paint over it and that would be that, but everyone needs something to do to justify budgets.

Oh, and posting the same thing twice doesnt make it true, even if it is BOLD and HUGE
