None of the weather forecasters for YYC seem to get it right - I've seen a clear sky forecast from Environment Canada still issued while the sky is black with thunderclouds.

nope, because if that was true, the current 14 degree temp would be like -10 centigrade

A friend and I were discussing the weather once and we came to the conclusion that a weather forecaster would be one of the greatest jobs to have because there's no other profession (that we could think of) that would allow you to be as wrong as often as they are and get away with it.

I mean, could you imagine if a judge executed 25%, 35%, or even 50% wrongly accused convicts over and over again? Hahaha
