3, We are not talking about coke, we are talking about gasoline.

4, guess what, a banana is cheaper than a can of coke.
You get way more out of a $1.00 in gas then you'll ever get out of a $1 of coke

In reality, fuel is our supposed advantage here, other countries allow internal exploitation of whatever cheap resource they have in order to gain an edge in global markets.. Not here though, pay silly prices for our own resources..

Cars are all small here. It ranges from a smart car on the small side, to a compact sedan on the large side. Mostly hatchbacks here, and most cars are diesels.

In terms of commute, it's pretty close to Calgary in city size. There's no downtown everything is spread out, so commutes can get up to 35km easily if you live on the opposite side of the city. Traffic is nuts here, and it can take 1 hour for a 5km commute, so commutes aren't really fuel efficient.

Or it causes more headaches when the guy who rear ended you decided he doesn't wanna pay for insurance since gas is so expensive.

I've averaged 22.4L/100km in the last 1000km's lol. Not sure if the prices are high enough to get my first $100 tank yet.
