Looking for custom Vinyl graphics for motorcycle

I'm looking for someone that runs out of there home, that can come to my house for consultation and application for a fair price.

I'm building a motorcycle and I need some lettering done and some basic design elements I have in mind. I need high quality vinyl in basic colors, Kawasaki type green and black.

I live in the NW.
