I don't get what they were going for. For a bland econobox like a Corolla this is needlessly aggressive. Maybe it's just the colour or ridiculous ride height but I think it looks terrible and ungainly.

It's drawing from the Avalon and Camry, same steering wheel and dash concept.

Will sell very well. The old Corollas are absolute crap, there was no reason to buy one.

This is a good retort to the Sentra which got a great update.

More choices and more trims in economy cars is the way to go!

That "lift" honestly is what's needed for most people who drive corollas, and other cars in that segment. Have you seen how people go down ramps? It's like they like hearing that plastic-to-pavement scraping sound.

I saw the first picture and thought to myself "looks like a Kia". Then I read the comments and realized that I wasn't alone.

Ass end looks like a civic, if I saw a picture of the front randomly without a badge on it, I would think it was a ford focus. Pretty bland styling that looks copied and modified from other manufacturers. Probably will sell like crazy and be a decent car though. Like mentioned, people that buy these cars are more interested in safety, gas mileage, reliability and features over how it looks and performs.
