It's not 'gouging' if the City didn't issue a boil water notice. It's preventing overzealous hoarders.

I'm done with that issue! No more fridge and ice talk again haha.

Pissing rain out here in Bearspaw. But passed through quickly. Maybe 10min. But still... doesn't help.

    Better safe than sorry.

So what if it was a bit exaggerated?

From what I witness, I saw this city united, I saw leaders, I saw strangers helping strangers, I saw bravery, I saw people take action where others didn't.

And you're saying Canadians are pussies?

Most likely... Public transit got hit hard and most of downtown is underwater.

There's been a very rapid change in the Sheep River. It's come up 2 feet in the last 30 minutes. RCMP on the Sheep River bridge now.

Le sigh. Time to keep moving on.

I wouldnt go quite THAT far but from the way things were moving in the CPS and City tweet factory I expected a damn to breach soon.

People were panicking and self-evacuating well away from any danger areas.

Better safe than sorry is right.

Imagine this happened on a Monday-Thursday instead of Friday and there were much more cars/people trying to get in downtown? Would be so bad.
