The problem with the FB price gouging site is the dumb people there - complaining about the expensive CO-OP fruit trays without first looking into the reality of the situation.

Even in our shop, we had a customer in on Friday complaining about the cost of the bag of dog food they bought - why is it so expensive now? Apparently in their apocalyptic panic, they felt the need to buy a bag that was almost 6 times larger than they normally buy but threw reason out the door and couldn't understand why that big bag cost more even though on a price per pound basis it was a better deal - this after I even explained to them that they regularly bought a small bag.

Anyhow, for private sales - I'd say buyer beware no different than any one of us purchasing a vehicle through a private sale.
    Will fuck off, again.

Cop with laser speed trap on Sarcee and 16th. You'd think he'd be out there relieving others from their 20 hour shifts.

They're certainly big, but I don't know if they are the BEST I've tasted.

Traffic guys dont care about anything else - except tickets.

They should be ticketing all the gawkers.

Convention spaces yes, as far as I've heard. Not sure about the Corral, but that's lower than the Saddledome so more than likely

went to check out my neighborhood, army was just mobilizing just south of the 17th ave/blackfoot bridge... hopefully they are not expecting something to happen

all in all its not TOO bad in inglewood.

power is out for a good chunk of 9th ave, all you can hear are pumps and generators. lots of homes and businesses in the entire area are pumping out their basements. our place is still dry... but this is all thats saving us right now

Saw comments like that posted on the CBC website about the floods article. Not surprising unfortunately because thats how good the corporate mass-media is at educating people.
