Vogglio's is CLOSING... Today's their last day! (Friday June 28th)

Just called Vogglio's to put an order in for our office, and heard the bad news from Luis... they're closing their doors tomorrow

Had a quick chat with him about it, but it seems like he's having trouble getting money from the banks, and he's going to be looking for something else to make ends meet.

Beyond introduced me to Vogglio's, I've introduced it to a lot of people over the past couple of years and everyone has loved it... sad to see him go. Everyone should get one last order in today and keep Luis busy, tip generously, and play him out on a high note!

You know, because of Beyond's reviews on it, I tried going there on 4 different occaisions. Each time they were closed, even though it was supposed to be open. I never did get a chance.

Just ordered and devoured four XL pizzas for 13 people... was only $10/head, and that included delivery and tip!

if ever they were closed it was usually temporary so the guy (luis) could run out a delivery.

We ordered their pizza once for lunch. Took about an hour for delivery and the owner appologized but pizza was pretty good. I used to deliver restaurant food and supplies and have seen a lot of them go under. Sometimes if we had the opportunity, the days before shutting the doors we would go in and take whatever we could to get our money back because they couldn't pay the bills. It was kind of fun cause I was young at that time, but after a couple of times I didn't want to do that anymore cause I had built a small relationship with some of the owners and it was heart breaking to see how emotional some owners got watching their dreams slip away.

RIP Vogglios, hopefully he'll come back stronger then before.

Sad to hear. I started that thread along time ago, but haven't been there forever. His pizza is amazing and he is a solid dude. I bought 2 pizza stones and have been making my own thin crust. Everyone who eats it says it is the best they ever had. Thank Luis for the motivation and for introducing me to Guava jam. I buy it at Basha Foods and make replica's as well. RIP Vogglio's :-(

He's great at what he does (the pizza) maybe he can resurface somewhere in suburbia at a cheaper location and make a better go at the rest of the business.

I remember the first time I tried the Mexican, my gf and I missed our flight to Vegas and had a day to kill, so we went and got vogglios and I ended up going back that night to get a ponderosa cause it was so good. Maybe will go and get the Mexican tonight for one last time.
