That's really up to you...they don't seem to have any early morning photo option (a lot of the bigger shows offer sunrise ramp access for photos...for a price) by 9:00 the llight is already not going to be great from a photo standpoint, but it is occasionally nice to get out there when there's not as many people out there getting in the way...I haven't looked at the static display list though, so I don't know if there's going to be anything exciting there.
There'll be some pre show flying, but usually it's the acrobatic performers warming up, or sometimes it's just GA stuff flying in circles...the 12:30 start time would be when the first real performance starts.
