Default Sweetgrass, Montana Run. Yep, it's that time again.

So, the itch is upon us again, we need an escape. Sooo, just like last time, we will do the run, you guys chip in.

Date this will happen will probably be in the next month or so, once Baygirl and I hammer out the exact date, we will update this thread.

So, if anyone wants to take advantage of this, we are going to run it just like last time.

Will you be using the same shipping outlet that you used previously?

Is anyone going down in the next little bit? I'd really like to order a 65" TV that can only be had through US Costco. Trying to figure out how to get it up here without having to drive down myself and pick it up.

Here's the TV, such a sick deal, amazing reviews too...

Plasmas need to be transported upright, laying it flat is asking for trouble. I assume (mine was) the Panny is assembled in Mexico, so NAFTA comes into play, no duty, etc. I only paid some sort of tax, maybe GST, it was a couple of years ago. That is one great deal, might as well bring back two....

Also consider the box size as well, I could only fit a 50" Panny in my car factoring in the box. It was tight.

Yeah it sucks that it's such a big item. It also sucks that Canadians don't really have an affordable great quality 60"+ tv option. It sucks that the US gets a good majority of the deals.

Everyone on the AVS forums have been raving about this TV, need to find a way to get it here haha

Is it in a store, or are you planning on buying it online?

Where are you going? I can see if they possibly have a Costco in the area that has one in stock. Only issue would be payment then...

Spikers did you grab any sets of used wheels when you were down there last? If so how did that go, going through customs?

If you take anything I have to say seriously, you're gunna have a bad time.

I'm more worried about them believing the value of the wheels at the border. The last time I went down there I picked up a couple wheels that were used, therefore had no invoices or receipts, only communication via pm printed out stating the value. They were none too happy about it, but I think because the claimed value was so high they let it slip and just took my money for taxes lol.

yeah, I grabbed a set of tires, no rims, for a member.

had to pay duties and taxes, but because of the way the customs guy put us through, i don't know the exact amount

Anyone going any time soon? I want to get an AFE cold 2 stage cold air intake for my F150 and the cost difference getting it stateside is fairly significant.
