I wouldnt want to be living in Red Deer or Olds if I liked my vehicle.
But as far as Calgary, were fine for the next few hours from what the radar and sky condition indicate.
Simply having high humidity and temps doesnt make for 100% guaranteed storm activity as the lapse rate is the key to determining the stability of the air mass.
We also have cloud seeders (which Olds and Red Deer dont) that help minimize hail damage.

Cheese & Rice my office CAN NOT handle another large scale catastophe like a hail storm hitting Calgary. Tomco would have to clone himself 10 times over to keep up!
