Description : I hate to do this, but I've got to sell my 600rr to fund a custom cafe racer I'm getting built for next summer.
I originally bought this bike at the 2007 bike show after falling in love with it. I still have all the original documentation from blackfoot motorsports, and have changed the oil twice a season with Motul 5100, once at the start of the season, and once at the end. The only other maintenance to the bike was some new fork seals at the end of last season.
Since purchasing the bike, I've added a dark windscreen, integrated tail light, and a Scotts steering damper which has saved my ass more than once. Tires are also in great shape after a replacement about 1000km ago, and the battery is brand new this season.
Now the bad news - someone decided to knock over the bike and has sustained some minor fairing damage (pictured). Unfortunately the damage made one of the front turn signals not stay on reliably, so I decided to take the other one off for symmetry reasons (hah). Some of the clips on the ram air cover are also broken off, but I purchased a new ram air cover for that side, but haven't put it on yet. There are some screws missing here and there, but I picked up a replacement screw kit that I'll toss in.
Other than the minor cosmetic damage, the bike runs like a champ. It's been broken in properly, and has never been stunted or seen the track.
Also included are the original turn signals, original windscreen, and some front and rear stands.
Priced at $4500. Lowballs will happily be ignored.
