Missing final inspection / possession date of new home

What can potentially happen if you are given the date of final inspection / posession of your new home and on that date you don't show up?

then you will deal with the crap you find out that is not right your self and when u call them they will tell u well be there next week and guess what they wont show

Go read your contract. You'll most likely have no say if anything is wrong with the house because you werent there during the final walk through.
