Has anyone ordered Factory Seconds from AE? They won't let me ship to Canada. What were the imperfections like?

Has anyone tried shoes and boots? Do you notice a difference in sizing?

Willing to wait for a sale, does that Style Forum get updated often for sales in Canada?

Purchased AE seconds from Nordstrom Rack. Can't really perceive any differences. But they are stamped on the sole so that they cannot be recrafted by AE. For sizing, you need to check which lasts the shoes/boots are made on https://global.allenedmonds.com/disc...101/lasts.html. If they're on the same last, they should fit the same.

I ordered seconds and had them shipped to Edmonton in early February, must be a new change..
I didn't notice any imperfections in mine, but you can also ask them to check the shoes out prior to shipping and advise.

My mistake. I used their online chat and the 2nds can be ordered from them directly. They wouldn't go into what was all involved with the return process, who paid for what etc.

I'll keep an eye on Nordstrom Rack as well, thank you!

My walnut strands are seconds, and I literally cannot find what was wrong with them. They shipped them to Canada for me too.

You could go to O'connors in Calgary or Eddies Menswear in Edmonton to try some out. The strand is on a fairly narrow last, so you may need an E or up depending on your feet.

Just don't go off your sneaker size. My Nike size doesn't match my AE size.

EDIT: Oh fuck, I shouldn't have looked. the Vernon Oxford shoe is on clearance. HNGH.
