I prefer Ozzyman for my down-undah humor videos.

Saw this today, not sure if this works with Canadian banks or not, so maybe someone who works with a bank can confirm, but this seems to make sense.

I believe this only works with variable mortgages or loans.

This is the financial equivalent of declaring yourself a free man on the land.

Getting financial advice from tiktok? Yikes. I sure hope you don't get your build advice from similar sources.

TL;DR: Guy is an idiot who thinks you pay interest on the monthly payment not the balance owing. Pay a dollar extra and you don't pay interest!

I think this only works in Australia because the math is upside down.
