    ^^ im sure there aren't any, but if there was I would hate to live in one without condo fees... its pretty obvious why...

    I have a 14xx sq ft condo in the deep NW and I pay $500+/month condo fee

    When I was looking for a place several years ago I did find townhouses that didn't have condo fees.

    But again, there's a pretty good idea why fees exist and you can imagine the condition of a place where they were not required.

    Condo fees sometimes include some/all of the utilities. A larger space is going to consume more heat, etc.
