^^ im sure there aren't any, but if there was I would hate to live in one without condo fees... its pretty obvious why...

Yo Kanye, ima let you finish, but 50 Cent had the best concert cancellation of all time.
I have a 14xx sq ft condo in the deep NW and I pay $500+/month condo fee
When I was looking for a place several years ago I did find townhouses that didn't have condo fees.
But again, there's a pretty good idea why fees exist and you can imagine the condition of a place where they were not required.
if there is shared common area, there will be fees.Originally posted by e36bmw///
Are there condo buildings without maintenance fees in Calgary?
Also as for the condo fee of "The Estate":
There you go, they don't want your cheap ass stinking up the place anyway.Condo fees in “The Estate” usually range between $1000 and $3000 and as of the date of this review. If this concerns you in the least, then “The Estate” is definitely not for you. “The Estate” is professionally managed by Twylla Walker.

There is `the river` penthouse that is 8MM. Condo fees are 3500 a month.
That ain't bad for ~$0.66 per sqft. but I don't doubt it will go up as building ages.
Condo fees sometimes include some/all of the utilities. A larger space is going to consume more heat, etc.
