Congrats! Learn how to take advantage of the many tile options that the apps and system give you. And group your most important friends and family into their own groups (under the People hub) and pin them to your start screen. Then you will only get relevant Facebook updates straight to those tiles and groups. But first you gotta add your fb, twitter, and LinkedIn accounts to your system, and then clean up your contact list either in the People hub in your phone or on outlook.com. This will combine all the various social identities of your contact list into a manageable list, which can then allow your phone to send you social updates in a concise and relevant manner. WP is all about clarity of content.

And just keep typing away on your phone. It is continuously learning your language style and thus so the autocorrect becomes smarter and smarter. The biggest diff is that WP always tries to guess your PHRASE rather than the word, so it can make intelligent corrections and suggestions. For example, on a blank line, type the letter b. It will suggest all kinds of words like be but because etc... Now type the word happy and then type a b, and it instantly suggests birthday as your word. I'm fact, it will probably suggest birthday before you even press b. Now if you often type happy bar mitzvah, then it will learn to suggest bar instead of birthday as your first choice. Eventually, if you have phrases that you type often, you can usually type the entire phrase by only typing in the first word and it can fill in the rest of the phrase. For business users that answer many of the same questions repeatedly, this saves me an obscene amount of time! So keep typing lots, and it will just get better and better.

Great job. I've repaired many phones, and it is not as hard as many think it is. Good job on buying from etradesupply; they carry genuine Nokia parts and are honest about it, unlike most places that sell cheap knockoffs as genuine, but function really glitchy. (etradesupply sells knockoffs too, but their genuine stuff is labeled as OEM so you know if you are buying knockoff or not).

Did you buy it with the front frame or without? I always try to buy digitizers with the frame, otherwise the fix takes over an hour, breaking the adhesive, cleaning the residue, and putting down new adhesive.

Both my wife and I have Rogers branded 1020's on a Telus contract. Also haven't seen them new in the MS store (aside from the $299 Black Friday sale).

They have some at the chinook store (rogers not unlocked), but these are now EOL so stock may be slim.
