go to all sizes and select medium (you could also select small, but we usually post medium images) scroll down the page a bit and you will see a box with the heading 'copy and past html into your webpage'
highlight all writing in this box, right click then copy.
In the topic you want to post to just simply paste what you have copied, and thats it!

When on the picture's page
1. click on the share button,
2. select "Grab The HTML/BBCode"
3. Click the radio button that says BBCode
4. Select the size from the drop down
5. Copy and paste
The HTML option doesn't work on beyond as far as I know.
