Command Start cs300i Complete Reprogram

Hi guys I was looking for instructions on how to reset and reprogram my cs300i unit. The unit worked fine but it all went downhill after trying to program a new remote. The guy at the shop was pushing all kinds of buttons.

1 the starter was staying engauged ( got that to stop )
2 the car would start with remote rev to 3000g and shut down
3 I couldn't start the car with the key the security light would come on start and stall. unplugged unit and plugged back in and the car runs for now.

I would like to know how to reset back to default and then program all over again.

2000 saturn sl1. has the security bypass pin box. 4 cyl engine. Like I said the unit worked fine before, just needed a new remote.
