Help!! 1993 Honda Prelude. Won't idle or accelerate
Hi there. I have a 93' prelude that won't run at idle and sounds like its firing on one cylinder until you get it to crawl its way up too about 3000rpm, and once you get it there you can keep your foot on the gas and it sounds like its running good. But if you take your foot off it goes back down to idle and starts banging on one cylinder and dies. Also if I keep it running around the 3000rpm I can give it very little gas and it will go to a higher rpm but if I try to give it enough gas to accelerate it starts to fire on one cylinder.. I've changed the timing belt, exhaust manifold gasket, pipe to manifold gasket, checked the timing, done a compression test (160), and changed the plug, wires, and rotor. Any info or even someone who is a guru come look at this dam thing.
Also I believe the engine is a b22 1st gen vtec
Thankyou for reading my post HELP!!
