I only recently found out how much MP's make. I knew it was a lot and I think it should be, but it's $178k. That's quite a fuckin lot for a non-full-time job.

Depends though. If they are a backbencher, then they really don't do much except vote as told, join a few committees(don't lead) and do some community work.
