Buy some plasti dip
Buy a roll of some poly
cut a chunk off the poly roll
feed the poly through wheel spokes
spread poly out behind rim and cover brakes.
Shake plasti-dip can
spray wheel 4-6 times with light coats
wait until dry
remove poly
peel overspray excess plastip off tire

DONT FORGET TO SPRAY WHEEL SHINE ON YOUR TIRES FIRST or else you will have a hard time getting it off the tires....I forgot to tell my coworker this one step hahah ...seriously op, this is stuff is impossible to mess up, no matter how much and how you spray it, it dries perfectly consistent...

Or stick playing cards around the outside between the tire and rim.

What colors of plasti dip are available around town? I've been thinking of doing mine in a gold.
