Yup, it sort of sucks for the driver but as a consumer its a wonderful policy. Nothing is worth than grabbing a cab outside a bar and not remembering what company it was that picked you up.Originally posted by Gestalt
Its a policy actually. If a passenger leaves something in the car, and we don't notice, we have to go back and return it at no cost. Sucks if you are really far. There must be somewhere in the app to report a missing item.
