Renu Auto Appearance any experience??

I hit a concrete pillar while backing in parking lot and my rear bumper got scratched and dented
Someone told me about Renu Auto Appearance.

Has anyone had any experience with them?

They do some work for us where it isnt necessary for a body shop to do the work ie: small scuffs/ scrathces and rock chips etc... They do a pretty good job but keep in mind I wouldnt expect "body shop" quality and I am sure that they would tell you the same.
