Moxies is giving it some credit. It's worse..

Kinjo used to be decent for a quick bite, but then they lowered standards and decreased the size of their rolls

I also find Kinjo to be a disapointment almost every time I go. The Mrs. loves the Las Vegas roll so I do go once in a while.

Between Globefish and Sho on Macleod, which is better?

    Kinjo is a write-off.

Sho, get a massage next door within the same building before meal.

What kind of birdhouse can you build with popsicles, roofies, and a rubber mallet?

I heard they recently changed ownership and, as usual, the quality has suffered.
I'm not a big sushi person, but when I am in the mood for it I really like Sushi Hanami on 37th st SW, close to MRU.

First time I went there I ordered like normal... was a mistake! HUGE pieces of fish

Only thing to really reference size from is the lemon slices... but yeah, big haha

what's the point of making the portions so big? I thought sushi was supposed to be a single mouthful? I'm just some stupid round-eye, but I feel like even good sushi is getting less and less authentic.

    Nope, you're not wrong.

I can't eat at Towa anymore. The rice is way too big, and often the rice is not the correct ratio of vinegar, salt, sugar. Always inconsistent and you never know what it's going to taste like every time you go. Fail.

If it's going to be three bites, I'm eating that fucker with a knife and fork.

I know this isn't going to end well... but towa is at the edge of "too big" for me to eat in one go

Had no rice issues... but also don't eat there very often

I concur that bite size is more preferable.
The quality of rice is definitely important. It's a big turn off if it's not done right.
