I'm the same. Until both are driven you can't say which is better. AWD doesn't automatically mean better. Also I think the type R could be quite a bit less money than Focus RS.

The UK civic is coming to us at the end of this year or early next year as a 5 door hatchback. The Civic Type R I am not sure if that is coming as the UK civic which is a hatch or in the 10th Gen USDM coupe / sedan.
