    Default Business Card Printing

Looking to get some basic business cards printed up. Nothing fancy, and probably only 100-200 total. Probably just going to go with an online template of sorts with company name and contact info.

Anyone on beyond own or work at a print shop that can turn this around by Wednesday/Thursday for me?

Avery makes injet/laser ones you can print yourself and they're just perforated.

You need gold embossed glossy cards or something? Kinda hard to beat $66 for 1500 full color/reverse side if you ask me.

I have used Vistaprint in the past and was happy with their work. Problem is the time deadline. A networking opportunity landed in my lap for Thursday night, and has left me scrambling a little bit. Just launched the company and haven't sorted everything out yet. That's why I am just looking for a couple hundred to work with for the time being before placing a larger order for more long term cards.

Just need something to get into peoples hands on Thursday.

I will look up Creative Factor and see if they might be able to help.

If I could wait a week or two, then yes. It is the time limit that is causing me problems. Am looking for something local that can do a quick turn around for me.

Whatever you do, don't use "print calgary"... I ordered some for a colleague and I and they had shuffled ourstogether... Ugh, what a pain in the ass.

For the price though, ill admit their cards turned out alright - just the logistics is a headache with them.

I will have to check Creative Factor out next time. Because of my time crunch and not being able to get there during their business hours today or tomorrow, I ended up taking them to "Copy Center" in BVS. Cost me quite a bit ($86 for 250 full color, matte finish, both sides) but turn around was a few hours (same day).

I am not 100% sure I like this design, but when I am ready for a 2000+ card order I will contact Creative Factor as it sounds like they are reasonably priced.

Thanks for all the help guys.

Check out TPH in downtown (it is located in TD). I had some stuff printed there as a student and it wasn't overly expensive. Mind you that was probably 5-7 years ago.

    Vistaprint!

I have never had an issue. Plus with coupons it works out great. Last order I had high quality paper / ink / color / front and rear. $20 inc shipping for 1000 cards

    3 year bump...

I need some business cards, and was all ready to use Vistaprint but:

    1) They have so many bad reviews it's almost a 50/50 ratio
    2) They cannot print the same finish on both sides of the cards as far as I can tell, which looks terrible IMO
    3) They cannot do rounded corners or letterpress

I found other highly regarded places like Moo, Jukebox, Zazzle, etc. and they look awesome however the shipping is crazy (about double the cost of the cards). I guess its OK if you're ordering like 2,000+ cards but I only need 100 or so for now.

Can anyone recommend a local place, preferably downtown, that does really high quality business card printing? I found "Minute Man Press" who seems to do all the fancy stuff but has anyone used them? It appears to be a chain.

I looked up Creative Factor but their website has zero information on it so I have no idea what they can do. It also looks like they moved to the deep SE, and their business hours are mon-fri 9-6 which means I will never actually be able to go there haha.

I'm still happy with VistaPrint. Although they aren't the first choice of my designer. The place he suggested was in the UK, and worked out about double the price.
