Oct 2013 Municipal Election Heat Map

Hi guys. I was bored and sometimes I do silly things, such as this heat map. I don't really follow municipal stuff too closely, but maybe this would spark some interesting discussions, or somebody might notice something.

Unfortunately I couldn't get the individual ward breakdowns for mayoral votes, but whatevs you can just do expected value for each ward @ ~70%.
