hey fell out in my parking lot today, cracked the screen on my iphone 4. does anyone know where to take it to get replaced? found some people on kijiji but I'm hesitant to just hand my phone over to some guy I don't know.....thanks in advance!

There's a guy in every mall that does it lol. theres a guy by the food court in cross iron mills. Think iphone 4 is like 100$ for screen.

Would recommend for sure.
$60 to fix the 4S screen, $50 for 4 screen (according to his ad).

Took under 20 minutes, convenient location in Beltline.

I've done hundreds of 3g,3gs,4,4s and 5's over the years. They are easy if you take your time. Its ok money to do on your spare time. But i reached the point to where i do it full time or pull out. I made much more at my day job so i quit. With that i have a bunch of 4 (black) screens left over. Infamous, ill send you one free if you want to do it yourself. Just pay for shipping. PM me if your interested.

The 4 is simply too old (IMO) to justify the cost of having someone do it for you. $80-$120 for a screen (through a reputable repair tech) when you can get almost NIB phones on kijiji for $150.

The ebay screens can (not always) be replica's. There are some good high quality copies out there but its really hit and miss.
