Suggested spending limit $25. Would like it if you could at least meet the minimum.

You can exceed the $25 limit, just don't make the rest of us look bad!

Signups end December 24th.

You will all be paired by the end of Christmas Eve.

You have until January 15 to shop for your elf.

Tracking info or confirmation of delivery must be sent in (will post link at that time) by January 15

Typically secret santa ends and people receive gifts by christmas day, however we're a little late to the party and another member pointed out all the different religions that practice their own 'christmas' later in december / january so this should work out perfectly.


We need an even number of participants in order to make this a success!

How come beyond hasn't had a secret santa? We're a big enough local forum we could orchestrate one, make a seperate forum and mail packages to eachother. I'm on a couple other forums and do this every year, and ship world wide I think it would be cool to do something locally.

im thinking a $20-30 limit with option to hand deliver gifts, scavenger hunt or hide the gift or mail it would be fun. Think we have enough time to set one up ?

I was reading on other forums and it seems that there is a lower limit, but no upper, such that everyone gets a least, for example, a $50 gift (shipping extra, or hand deliver) but if some santa is crazy the gift may be hundreds+. Oh wait, this is beyond, I mean in the thousands.

We're not all beyond ballers here. I'd say $20 minimum is reasonable.
