Going rate for DT parking spot rental?

Wondering if anyone know what's the monthly rental rate for a parking spot in DT these days?? It's in the Connaught area and not a covered spot

I'm also curious about this.... I've looked online, and there seems to be a pretty big range. Some of them look to be almost $500/month.

It depends where you look. Right downtown can easily be $35 a day or higher. If you go south of 9th ave prices drop considerably, but you'll also be parking in the open in a gravel lot.

I pay about $225 a month in an open gravel lot between 11th and 12th near the saddledome. It was $150 2 years ago!!

Undergound heated in Devon building goes for around $500 a month. Usually can be wrangled for cheaper for the summer months as some people sublet thiers.

Ignore the above posts, they refer to the Downtown core, and not beltline/Connaught.

I'm assuming this is a private spot that you're looking to rent out?

In the beltline, an uncovered spot goes for roughly $150-$250/month... A bit less if you want a long term contract.

A couple points of reference:
Westpark operates a lot at the corner of 5th St and 13 Ave SW that's going for $150/month, monthly parking only.

Precise Parklink operates a lot behind the Kahanoff Centre that's $12/day (which averages out to about $250 a month).

Heated underground in the same area (again, a private spot) will go for about $250-$350/month.

Not sure where in Connaught you are, but prices decrease as you get further from the core.

I pay around $200 for a crummy gravel lot. Still beats taking transit.

Strider - yes further from DT core 12st & 13ave. However the person that maybe interested works near Safeway on 11st so fits their criteria.

I rent mine out for $225.00 - underground heated parkade on 6 Ave 11 St.
Used to be $300.00 a few years back...lol
