I flashed the modem on my Telus Note 2 to use on WIND, and now I'm having problems.

Not with the phone connecting to WIND, that works great. I'm having problems with the phone connecting to the computer. I want to get some pictures off the phone, and add a movie or two for an upcoming trip. But when I plug the phone in, the computer says it's looking for drivers, then gives me the thumbs up message, and nothing happens. It doesn't show up on the computer window, and I can't access it. Do I need to delete the drivers and start over, or is this a problem that I need to address some other way? Any help would be appreciated.

Look at your phone and see if its saying anything about enabling transfers. If not check the USB transfer settings on the phone and see if MTP is enabled.

Another way to get videos and pictures, etc. to and from phone.
Use Airdroid app in google play store. It's free. Works great.

You open it on the phone with your Wifi on and connected to same wifi as your PC or mac.
Type in the IP it shows on the app into your web browser and then hit ok on the phone and voilla.
Easy transfers across.

Guessing it has something to do with the USB mode your phone is in. If I remember correctly, the instructions I gave you for flashing included having to change the phone into a special flashing mode. Go back and undo that part and it should come back to normal.
