Makes sense, DI is a whole nother animal from what little I know about it.

94 is prevalent down in the Vancouver area because you're at sea level.
Has nothing to do with altitude,There are no retail Chevrons in Calgary only card lock

Same. It's early days for my N55, but good to know someone local has experience.

I live about a block away from these guys shop, going to give them a shot and have them change oil/tcase fluid/tires and install new fogs if they arrive in time.

Just dropped by their shop about an hour ago to schedule an appointment, they are closing down, couldn't or didn't pay bills. I'm not sure if they are moving elsewhere as the landlord was in the office at the time.

Damn that's sad. Maybe from being shut down because of the flooding and haven't been able to get back ahead since?

Damn shame, they were the go to guys for most Euro's

Bump! Any one besides the dealer that offers Walnut blasting to remove carbon buildups? I see that euroworks now offer it and I've messaged them for quote, but not sure how good they are.

With direct injection, unless it's a dual system (DI + port) like in the FR-S, fuel never hits the back side of the intake valves so doesn't matter what fuel you run, the build up will still occur.

Glenmore Audi did the carbon cleaning on my DI 2.0T. They supplied before and after photos as well.
